Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once a room reservation is confirmed, please notify us by call or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid Retention Charges. Retention charges will be 1 day’s tariff for individual booking and 2 days tariff for group bookings (more than 5 rooms.)
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
